WADE is the AI behind the main WeedFinder® chat. You can ask it about strains and their reported effects, cannabis recipes, dispensary and product discovery near you, general grow tips, and summaries of published cannabis research. It answers in plain language and adapts to whether your question is medical, recreational, or commercial in nature.

Tokens are what you spend each time you send a message to WADE. Every plan includes a daily token allowance that refills on a rolling schedule, shown at the top of your screen next to Tokens Remain. Longer or more complex questions can use more tokens than a short one.

Once your daily allowance is used, WADE will let you know it's time to wait for your next reset or top up. You can check the countdown in the token popup in the header, purchase a one-time credit pack, or upgrade to a plan with a higher daily allowance.

Use the new-chat option in the WADE interface to clear the current thread and start fresh. Resetting a session doesn't use any tokens and doesn't affect your account, plan, or saved profile information — it only clears the conversation WADE can currently see.
Within a single chat session, WADE keeps track of context so follow-up questions make sense without repeating yourself. That context resets when you start a new conversation, and it is never shared between your account and other users.
No. WADE surfaces general, research-informed information to help you learn and explore options, but it is not a doctor, pharmacist, or attorney. Always confirm medical decisions with a licensed provider and check local regulations before acting on anything WADE tells you.
aiVirtualBudtender is an AI chat widget that dispensaries embed on their own websites so shoppers can ask about products, effects, and availability without waiting for a staff member. It's built on the same cannabis-aware AI as WADE, but scoped to the products a specific dispensary carries.

Recommendations are grounded in the dispensary's own published menu and inventory feed, layered with general strain and product knowledge. The Virtual Budtender doesn't invent products that aren't listed by the business, and it's the dispensary — not WeedFinder — that keeps that menu data current.
The Virtual Budtender helps you find and compare products and then hands you off to the dispensary's own ordering, pickup, or delivery flow. Payment and fulfillment always happen with the dispensary directly, the same way they would in person.
Inventory reflects the dispensary's connected menu feed and updates as the business updates it. As with any live inventory, availability can shift between the time you chat and the time you check out, so it's always worth confirming with the dispensary for time-sensitive orders.
No account is required to ask questions and browse recommendations. You'll only need to sign in or provide contact details if the dispensary's own checkout or order-ahead flow requires it, which is set by that business, not by WeedFinder.
This can happen if a dispensary's menu feed hasn't caught up with a recent sale. Let the dispensary know so they can refresh their listing, and ask the Virtual Budtender for similar in-stock alternatives in the meantime.
aiMasterGrower is a cultivation-focused AI assistant for home growers and commercial cultivation teams. It helps you plan grows, diagnose plant issues from descriptions or photos, and track environmental conditions across your growing space.

aiMasterGrower offers general cultivation guidance for a given cultivar — things like typical flowering time, feeding sensitivity, and common training approaches — based on publicly available grower knowledge. It's guidance, not a guarantee: your results still depend on your genetics, environment, and inputs, and it isn't a substitute for state-specific compliance or legal advice about what you're allowed to grow.
Yes. aiMasterGrower can connect to common REST- and MQTT-based grow controllers so it can factor real-time temperature, humidity, and light data into its guidance. You can also manually enter environmental readings if you'd rather not connect a controller.

You can import environmental logs from a grow controller as a JSON or CSV file, and you can export your own grow session history and notes at any time from your dashboard for your own records or to share with a consultant.
Use the "Start New Chat" control in aiMasterGrower to begin a fresh session. Your prior sessions aren't deleted — they're kept in your session archive so you can reopen and reference an earlier grow whenever you need to.
No. Cultivation outcomes depend on many factors outside the platform's control, including genetics, equipment, and how closely guidance is followed. aiMasterGrower is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of any particular result.
WeedFinder® has a free-forever consumer plan plus paid tiers for higher daily token limits, and separate plans for businesses using aiVirtualBudtender or aiMasterGrower. Full pricing and feature comparisons are on the pricing page.

Each product tracks its own usage against your plan's allowance: WADE and aiMasterGrower use daily tokens, while dispensary-side Virtual Budtender usage is billed to the business running the widget, not the shopper. You can also purchase one-time credit packs if you need extra headroom beyond your plan.

Open the pricing page and select the plan you want, or use the Upgrade button next to your token count in the header. Plan changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of your current cycle.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings; you'll keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. Canceling downgrades you to the free plan rather than deleting your account outright.
No. Daily token allowances reset on a fixed schedule and don't carry over, so unused tokens simply expire when your next allowance arrives. If you regularly need more than your daily allowance, a one-time credit pack or a higher plan is a better fit than relying on rollover.
WeedFinder® works in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both desktop and mobile. For the smoothest experience, keep your browser updated to a recent version; older or unsupported browsers may render the interface incorrectly.
Yes. All traffic between your browser and WeedFinder is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and account data is encrypted at rest on our servers. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Yes. You can request an export of your account and usage data from your profile settings, delivered as a downloadable file. aiMasterGrower additionally lets you export individual grow session histories on demand.

We collect the account details you provide (like name and email), your usage of the platform, and location data only when a feature you use needs it, such as finding nearby dispensaries. First, refresh the page and confirm you're on a supported, up-to-date browser. If that doesn't help, try clearing your browser cache or trying a private/incognito window, since a stuck local session is the most common cause. If the issue continues, reach out from the Contact page with what you were doing when it happened.

A terpene profile is the mix of aromatic compounds that give a strain its distinct smell and flavor, alongside THC and CBD content. Many people find that terpenes shape how a strain's effects feel in practice, so WADE and aiMasterGrower both reference terpene data when discussing a strain's reported character.
Indica, sativa, and hybrid are traditional labels for a plant's growth pattern and lineage, and many growers and shoppers also use them as shorthand for expected effects. In practice, effects vary widely by individual plant, cultivation, and person, so WADE looks at a strain's specific terpene and cannabinoid profile rather than relying on the label alone.
Cannabis laws vary widely by state and country and change over time, covering medical use, recreational use, possession limits, and where you're allowed to consume. WADE can share general, publicly available information about regulations in your area, but always confirm current rules with an official local source before you act.
Yes. WeedFinder® asks visitors to confirm they meet the minimum age for cannabis-related content before entering the site. Individual dispensaries and their Virtual Budtender may apply their own additional age or ID checks as required by local law.
No. WeedFinder does not sell your personal data to third parties. Information you provide is used to operate and improve the service, as described in full in our Privacy Policy.
