Terms of Service
1. Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms of Use
By using WeedFinder, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Welcome to WeedFinder®, operated by Wraith Metaverse, LLC d.b.a. "WF Technologies". By accessing or using our websites, applications, APIs, software, data, or related platforms (collectively, the “Offerings”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Offerings.
2. Age Verification & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WeedFinder. Creating an account means you're confirming you meet that requirement.
Access to the Offerings is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement described in Section 4, "Your Use of the Site," below. By creating an account, confirming your age at any entry gate presented on our websites or applications, or otherwise accessing or using the Offerings, you represent and warrant that you satisfy that age requirement and that you are legally permitted to view and receive cannabis-related information in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Offerings.
We may use age-gate prompts, account registration fields, or other verification measures to support compliance with this requirement. These measures are not a substitute for your own legal obligation to comply with the age and access laws of your jurisdiction, and WF Technologies does not independently verify the age or identity of every user.
Eligibility is on you. Providing false age or identity information to access the Offerings is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of your account.
3. Content
You own what you submit. We give you rights to use the AI-generated responses, but they might not be unique to you and aren't professional advice.
WeedFinder® enables users to provide input and receive AI‑generated output related to cannabis cultivation, products, businesses, recipes, and medical research. You retain ownership of the content you submit (“Input”). Subject to compliance with these Terms, WeedFinder® assigns to you all rights in the generated responses (“Output”).
Due to the nature of artificial intelligence and machine learning, responses may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for different users. Outputs should not be considered definitive medical, legal, or professional advice.
4. Your Use of the Site
You must be 18+, use the platform lawfully, and not try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or rebuild it using our outputs.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Offerings. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, extract proprietary data, exceed usage limits, misuse system resources, or use outputs to develop competing products or services.
5. Cannabis Legality & Jurisdiction Notice
Cannabis laws are different everywhere. We don't guarantee that what you see on WeedFinder is legal where you live, and it's your job to know your local laws.
Cannabis remains regulated, restricted, or prohibited under the laws of many states, provinces, territories, and countries, and its legal status for cultivation, possession, sale, and use varies widely and changes frequently. The Offerings are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute an endorsement, offer, or solicitation to purchase, sell, cultivate, or use cannabis in any jurisdiction where such activity is unlawful.
WF Technologies makes no representation or warranty that any content, product, dispensary listing, strain information, or AI-generated Output referenced through the Offerings is lawful in your state, province, territory, or country. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to, and use of, the Offerings, and any cannabis-related activity you undertake, complies with the laws applicable to your location.
6. Purchases; Other Terms and Conditions
Paid features are billed as described at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable once service starts, and we can update pricing with legally required notice.
Certain features of the Offerings may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non‑refundable once services have commenced, except as expressly authorized by WF Technologies.
We reserve the right to update pricing, billing practices, or service tiers with notice as required by law. Abuse of free or trial access, including the creation of multiple accounts to avoid fees, is prohibited.
7. Accounts, Passwords and Security
Keep your login private and secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account, and we're not liable for damage caused by your own compromised credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Sharing account access with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials due to user negligence.

Your use of the Offerings is subject to our Privacy Guidelines, which describe how we collect, use, and protect personal data. If you request a password reset or account recovery, certain technical information such as IP address may be included in security communications.
9. Disclaimers
WeedFinder is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the AI is always accurate, and nothing on the platform replaces professional medical advice.
The Offerings are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. WeedFinder® makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI‑generated outputs for any particular purpose.
Medical cannabis research and related information provided through the platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.
10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer (W.A.D.E. / Virtual Budtender / aiMasterGrower)
Nothing that W.A.D.E., the Virtual Budtender, or aiMasterGrower tells you is legal, medical, or agricultural advice. Treat it as a starting point, not a professional opinion.
The Offerings incorporate multiple artificial intelligence systems, including W.A.D.E. (the WeedFinder® Agentically Driven Engine), the Virtual Budtender, and aiMasterGrower (our cultivation-focused assistant). Output generated by these systems, whether presented as chat responses, recommendations, strain or dosage guidance, cultivation diagnostics, or business insights, is produced through automated, probabilistic processes and is provided for general informational purposes only.
None of these systems provide legal, medical, financial, agricultural, or other professional advice, and no Output should be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, attorney, agronomist, horticulturist, or other licensed professional. AI-generated Output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and you are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it, including information related to dosage, plant health, legal compliance, or business decisions.
11. Violation of These Terms of Use
Break these Terms, the law, or our usage policies and we can suspend or terminate your access, immediately in serious cases.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Offerings if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or our usage policies. Violations may result in immediate suspension without notice in cases involving security, abuse, or unlawful activity.
12. Miscellaneous
Oklahoma law governs these Terms, disputes go to binding arbitration, and this document is the entire agreement between you and WeedFinder.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, excluding conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as described in our dispute resolution provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WeedFinder® regarding the Offerings.
